Qu.As. Health Insurance

The National Collective Labour Agreement for Commerce and Tertiary Services, applied by Agile Lab, provides for Quadri a supplementary health care fund for employees: Qu.As. (Cassa Assistenza Sanitaria Quadri). Enrolment in Qu.As. is mandatory.

Contributions

In addition to the employer's contribution, the Quadri pay an annual fee of €56.00, which is deducted from their January payslip or the first available payslip if they are hired during the year. The amount of the employee's contribution remains the same even if enrolment takes place during the year.

When does it start?

Entitlement to the benefits guaranteed by Qu.As. starts from the month following the month of recruitment. In the event of an employee being promoted to Quadro, entitlement to Qu.As. benefits starts from the month following the month of promotion.
