This document describes how to manage and use documentation within Consulting.
Our documentation must guarantee a certain quality level for internal knowledge reusability.
We have an immense expertise in AI and data spaces and leveraging a well-defined documentation enables knowledge reusability and AI-driven capabilities.
We strive for effective documentation that is free of frills and just the right amount of freshness.
Layered Documentation
Our documentation is organized through different abstraction layers:
- Organizational principles and macro processes: the handbook is the public repository for general organizational principles, macro processes.
- Organization: holaspirit reflects our current organization: circles, roles, policies
- Internal Knowledge: reference experiences, practices and processes are shared within Confluence
- Project Management:
- Status progress and reporting: Elapseit
- Consulting analytics and reporting: Office 365 and Power BI
- Project-specific documentation: Sharepoint and/or Confluence
Document Management Policy
Confluence requires a strict Document Management Policy to guarantee knowledge reusability and AI-enablement.
This policy reports how to release documentation within Confluence Consulting space.
Confluence templates must be released following code colors as indicated within the policy.
