Fon.Te. Pension Fund
What is Fon.Te.?
Fon.Te. is the supplementary pension fund for the sector provided for by the CCNL Commercio, Terziario e Servizi applied by Agile Lab. Joining Fon.Te. allows you to build supplementary pension savings in addition to the public pension system, by allocating your TFR to the fund and, if you wish, making additional voluntary contributions.
Why join?
- Allocation of your TFR to a form of supplementary pension provision
- Possibility to benefit from the additional contribution paid by the company
- Possible tax benefits provided for by current legislation: you can deduct up to €5,300 per year.
Company contribution
If you choose to make an additional contribution, even the minimum amount, Agile Lab will pay a contribution equal to 1.55% of the salary used for TFR purposes. If you allocate only your TFR, no company contribution is provided.
How to join
You can join in two ways:
- ONLINE ENROLMENT:
- registration on the Fon.Te. website Instructions
- email to People Admin attaching the TFR2 form link
In the TFR2 form, you will need to complete section 1, option 2, as shown in the image below.
- VIA PAPER FORMS:
- email to People Admin attaching the enrolment form link and the TFR2 form, both signed with a handwritten signature.
You must also complete the questionnaire on page 4.

Changing the contribution rate
If you would like to change your contribution rate, please send an email to People Admin with your request, attaching the relevant contribution rate change form. link
Transfer from other pension funds
You can transfer a position from another pension fund by submitting, in addition to the documents already listed, the cost sheet signed on every page, which you can find in your personal area or request directly from your current pension fund.
