Branding & Design

Scope and Role

The Marketing function acts as the steward of brand identity and visual consistency across Consulting and Product, ensuring consistency across all visual outputs, including:

  • Illustrations and iconography
  • Graphic assets used in content (blog headers, social visuals, infographics)
  • Tables, charts, and data visualizations
  • Campaign creatives
  • Website graphic components
  • Event backdrops and printed materials
  • Gated asset layouts (eBooks, whitepapers, reports)

The objective is to ensure:

  • Visual coherence across channels and formats
  • Alignment with brand positioning and tone
  • Clarity and readability of information
  • Scalability of design components across assets

The official brand identity documentation is available internally and includes:

  • Agile Lab & Witboost logo documents (logo, logo variations, correct usage, secondary components and variations)
  • Defined color palettes
  • Primary and secondary typography
  • Web typography specifications
  • Supporting visual components

Reference documents:

All visuals intended for external use should maintain both design coherence and conceptual clarity. While different channels may require adaptation, these adaptations must remain within the defined visual framework and avoid stylistic and branding fragmentation. Any structural change to brand identity is defined at a Marketing level and formalized through updated documentation before adoption.
